During the event, a student shared concerns about his father’s unemployment. Responding to this, CM Maryam Nawaz directed authorities to arrange a job for the student’s father, showcasing her compassionate leadership and commitment to addressing social issues alongside educational reforms.

Key Details of the School Nutrition Programme

The CM Punjab School Nutrition Programme is initially targeting 400,000 students across three districts of South Punjab: Dera Ghazi Khan, Rajanpur, and Muzaffargarh. The program’s primary objective is to combat malnutrition and promote student health.

Program Highlights:

  • Each student will receive a 175-milliliter milk pack daily.
  • The program covers 3,527 schools in the selected districts.
  • Students are required to return empty milk packs, which will be recycled.
  • Revenue generated from recycling will be reinvested in school development and sustainability efforts.
